Our Mission
Ephesian Armor exists to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and to equip His people to stand — teaching the Word of God plainly, praying for one another in every season, and helping believers put on the full armor of God so they are ready for whatever the day brings.
Who We Are
Ephesian Armor is a Christ-centered ministry founded on the belief that Scripture is sufficient, that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that the Christian life was never meant to be lived unarmed. We are not a building and we are not a brand. We are believers who want the Word of God to be more than familiar — we want it worn.
Most of us do not fight our battles in a sanctuary. We fight them on a job site, in a hospital hallway, across a kitchen table, in a hard conversation we have been putting off. That is exactly where the armor is meant to be worn, and that is who this ministry is for.
The Full Armor of God
Paul lists six pieces in Ephesians 6. Not one of them is decorative.
The Belt of Truth
“Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth.” The belt held everything else in place. Truth first — honesty before God, and no double life.
The Breastplate of Righteousness
It guards the heart. Not our record, which will not hold, but the righteousness of Christ credited to us by faith.
The Gospel of Peace
“Your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.” Footing on rough ground, and readiness to carry good news wherever you are sent.
The Shield of Faith
“Wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” Faith is raised deliberately — held up between you and the accusation.
The Helmet of Salvation
It protects the mind. Assurance of what Christ has already finished, guarding you on the days your feelings argue otherwise.
The Sword of the Spirit
“Which is the word of God.” The only piece meant for advance — and you can only draw what you have first put in.
Paul does not stop at the sixth piece. He adds the thing that holds the whole armor together: “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.” Armor without prayer is a costume.
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
Ephesians 6:11-13
What We Believe
Jesus Christ. That Jesus is the Son of God, crucified for our sins, risen bodily from the grave, and reigning now as Lord. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
The Scriptures. That the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and life.
Salvation. By grace, through faith, the gift of God — not of works, lest any man should boast.
The Holy Spirit. Who indwells, convicts, comforts, and empowers every believer.
The Church. Every believer in Christ, called to love one another, serve, and make disciples.
The Return of Christ. That He will come again, and that this hope is meant to change how we live today.
